picture polish autumn (collaboraton shade)

today i am showing another picture polish collaboration shade, autumn.

autumn was created with alena behind the polishing life blog. the shade is something i wished for a long time: a medium orange with scattered holo particles.

even though it is jelly, the formula is rich and consistent. it is vibrant, but not crazy. definitely a perfect polish for me!

picture polish sage (collaboration shade)

here comes yet another picture polish collaboration shade, and this time, it is the gorgeous sage.

sage was created back in 2018 with LakoDom, and how this shade came to life is a bit misterious: "riginally created to be something different however during the development process was born and to beautiful not to bring to life."

it is as close to a real deal sage as it could be: a light, muted green, almost like a sea foam, with holo flakes. it has a jelly-like consistency, but the colour really builds up nicely.

picture polish eyre (opulence)

it's time for this absolute stunner: picture polish eyre, released as the addition to their opulence collection in 2014.

it is a metallic blurple shade filled with holo flakes, which is probably in my top 3 favourite finishes. everything about it is amazing, it was so hard to limit the number of pictures. the formula is also great, two regular coats.

eyre is gorgeous in every light, but i just adore it when it's gloomy because, even though it doesn't show all of its sparkle, it becomes so misterious. i will update this post with pictures in direct sun at some point.

picture polish sun flower (collaboration shade)

with the last glimpses of sun before the gloom and doom start, it is time for something fun, and sun flower for sure is fun. it was made by picture polish with collaboration with russian blogger de briz.

sun flower was released in spring 2016 together with salt water, and they are really a good couple since they have the same holo flakey particles. these are one of my favourite effects in a nail polish.

the shade itself is a strange shade of yellow, really sunflower-like. it also dries more dark than in the bottle. the formula is more crelly than creme, and it looks gorgeous. i know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it sure is mine!

picture polish sisters (collaboration shade)

sisters goes back to 2016 batch of picture polish collaboration shades. it was made in collab with nail polish society

this polish is quite unique, even in this world where it feels like we've seen it all. it is described as  "purple-brown holographic nail polish with holo flakes that glimmer in direct sunlight".

it is not an easy shade to describe. it is an interesting mixture of grey, purple and brown, with added picture polish's signature holo flakies. it's an earthy neutral, and even though it gives sweater weather vibes, it is for all seasons.

picture polish karma (collaboration shade)

i am a huge fan of picture polish collaboration line, and karma was made with probably the most famous nail polish blogger, sveta sanders, back in 2015.

karma is described as "a dark purple holographic nail polish with holo flakes". it is a perfect eggplant-purple type of shade, vampy and moody. it dries smoothly, and the scattered holo effect gives it even more depth.

picture polish meow (collaboration shade)

for my first post of the year, i chose another picture polish collaboration shade. this time it is meow, from back in 2016.

meow was created with ukranian bloger nata113nata. they describe it as  "sage green jelly scatter holo". i can't say that i completely agree, as for me, sage is predominantly muted green, while meow has a lot of blue undertones. it is such a unique shade, and for me, a lover of all things green and blue and in between, it is perfect.

it is also packed with picture polish signature holographic flakes and amazing formula.

picture polish royal (collaboration shade)

royal is yet another stunning collaboration shade made by picture polish and olivia jade nails in 2018.

royal is a stunning vibrant blue-toned purple with holographic flakies that i am such a huge fan of. it is, as pretty much every purple shade, a pain in the butt to photograph, but i think i got it right.

formula is also stunning, and it is another very successful collab!

picture polish london (collaboration shade)

london is a picture polish collaboration shade addition from winter 2018, and a gorgeous one!

london was made together with marinelovespolish and it is clearly inspired by london's skyline. it is a perfect shade somewhere between blue and grey with tiny holographic flakies. it is insanely gorgeous!

the formula is great and smooth and the polish is overall amazing!

picture polish cozy (collaboration shade)

picture polish collaboration line is very versatile, you can find your regular colours (with a twist) or something that might not be everyone's cup of tea. cozy, created with borsch nails in 2017, is one of those shades.

cozy is a very unusual coulour, mustardy-yellowish green with holo flakes. definitely a shade that i am into. it is also a bit of a chameleon, it looks different every time!

picture polish tasha (collaboration shade)

my idea of a perfect sweater-weather nail polish is tasha, one of picture polish collaboration shades from 2017.

tasha is described as "lilac grey holographic nail polish with holo flakes" created with sonia from bad girl nails, as a tribute to her puppy. and it is a puppy-like fluffy shade, a pale lavender with flakie-type of shimmer that i adore. it is very pretty.

picture polish salt water (collaboration shade)

salt water, a collaboration shade of picture polish with nailstorming, is today's star.

the promo pictures of this polish don't do it justice. i believe that turquoise/light blue/mint shades are really something that picture polish people know how to make and i am always looking forward to a new one, and salt water is no exception.

it's a lovely shade of turquoise, filled with those holo particles that almost look like flakies. i am obsessed with those, and i think that they are complementing the turquoise shade beautifully. i highly recommend this one!

picture polish new york (collaboration shade)

i am showing yet another picture polish collaboration shade. this time it is new york, created in 2015 with color4nails.

i love this polish. even though it may not look like it, it is a chameleon. the shade itself is compleh, dusty rose with some mauve-nudish hints, which make it look different for different skin tones and lighting. holo flakies are fine and dense, but not overwhelming. formula is awesome, it dries smoothly and is simply special!

picture polish glitch (opulence)

glitch came as an update to picture polish opulence shades in 2015.

it is a kind of christmas-y emerald green jelly, with holo flakies that picture polish is known for. it is slightly lighter in colour than in my pictures, but not by much.

it dries smoothly and has good coverage, despite the jellyness.

picture polish alice (collaboration shade)

alice is yet another picture polish collaboration shade, this one with rainbow connection stocklist from last year. i guess it should resemble the colour of alice's dress from the alice in wonderland cartoon.

it is a gorgeous, fun, vivid blue crelly filled with my favourite: silver holographic glass flecks. i somehow forgot to order this polish when it first came out, and finally made it right.

the formula is nice, it dries smoothly and is such a fun and quirky polish.
