a england percival (the mythicals)

percival follows the long list of a england the mythicals gems, such as  avalon lady of the lakeexcalibur revamped and tristam.

percival, "splendid & resplendent red",  is a real close dupe to butter london knees up. nevertheless, a beyond gorgeous shimmery metallic red, with this glow within type of look.

i have more photos than usual, because these polishes look better in the  shade than in the sun. combined with an awesome formula and brush, it's a winner!

a england avalon (the mythicals)

a england avalon is yet another amazing polish from a england's classic collection, the mythicals. avalon follows lady of the lakeexcalibur revamped and tristam.

i am not sure if there is such a colour as royal purple, but if there was, this would be its best example. avalon is metallic, vibrant purple, with saturated iridescent shimmer. it is absolutely gorgeous.

a englad formula is, as always, amazing. one of those one-coaters, if you do it right. i wear this polish a lot.

a england lady of the lake (the mythicals)

it is time for another a england beauty, lady of the lake from the amazing the mythicals collection. i already showed excalibur revamped and tristam from it.

lady of the lake is another jackpot from a england arsenal. it is described as "dusky purple with rainbow glimmer and glow".

the shade of purple is really deep and holo particles really fine, so the finish is smooth but not with the linear holo effect. indoors, the holo effect is not that obvious,  but the shade is beautiful anyway. formula is, once again, flawless.

a england tristam (the mythicals)

i will show you a england tristam, a beauty from  the mythicals collection, the one that gave us excalibur revamped

edina from a england describes it as "night blue sky with starlight glimmer and glow". it sure is gorgeous, and she really knows how to make scattered holos. this one looks amazing both in direct light and indoors, it really stands out but is subtle at the same time. formula and application are flawless, i can't say a bad word about any a england polish.

a england excalibur revamped (the mythicals)

today, i am showing the swatches of the gorgeous excalibur (the new version) from the a england's the mythicals collection.

i love wearing polishes with foil finish in the winter and autumn. i can see the reason behind the name from the official description: "a steely grey hue filled with multi-dimensional shimmer, creating a unique fusion of silver and gold - a shade to match a hero's blade".

the colour is so hard to describe,  because it's both silver and gold, with grainy, irregular golden flakes. it has that old gold covered with patina feel. it's gorgeous, rich, with no brushstrokes and excellent opacity.
