ysl op art coral (pop illusion)

op art coral was a part of ysl spring collection, pop illusion, back in 2018, together with the gorgeous kinetic blue.

op art coral is a very interesting shade, but not really something i usually wear. i am really not the one for this typically "girly" colours, but i am happy i have something like this in my arsenal because it is a nice summery shade.

as the name implies, it is a peachy, corally type of shade, almost pastel but not quite. the formula and coverage are superb, and it really is a good polish to have around when i need something more...well, regular.

my ysl love is well known, so it is not surprising that one of my rare purchases was their pop illusion duo. today i am showing kinetic blue.

i wore kinetic blue at least three times this year. it is such a special blue hue, but quite difficult to capture. it is at the same time vibrant and muted, so the pictures pick up only one of those.

formula is also amazing, it flows effortlessly.
