ysl beige gallery (fall and winter 2013)

i'm sure i made it clear that i could buy any ysl polish without even looking at it, and still be blown away by it. beige gallery is no exception.

i was really anxious about getting the ysl fall-winter trio. beige gallery may not be the most unique shade in the world, but it cemented my decision that any creme polish that i buy will be from them (unless they don't have anything similar).

the colour is a bit difficult to describe, but my photos are really faithful. the shade is not completely taupe, not completely beige and not completely brown, but somewhere inbetween. i find it to be gorgeous, and it matches one of my sweaters perfectly.

formula is flawless, and ysl brush is my favourite.

zoya tosca (classics)

tosca is one of the zoya oldies, it hard to pin it's original collection, but now it is a part of their classics.

i always forget about this polish during the gloomy days, but remember it the second the sun starts.

i believe that the strawberry red with the touch of coral is the best colour description. shimmer looks really dense in the bottle, but it is subtle on the nails. the formula is also nice, a real spring/summer treat.

china glaze dorothy who (wizard of ooh ahz returns)

back in the day, we all got totally crazy about dorothy who from china glaze wizard of ooh ahz returns collection released back in 2009.

i still remember the day. i was living in slovenia, it was the height of the nailpolish craze and a friend sent me a message that she managed to snatch one for me. oooh, the happiness! and i mean, the hype was totally worth it.

dorothy who is, of course, all glitter. a beautiful medium blue jelly base filled with it. i mean, even the press release was on point: "blue polish with massive amounts of silver and blue glitter!".

let's go to the pictures:
