cosmic rainbow is such an awesome bright purple linear holo. new prism
is definitely one of the best collections of crazy holos. i apologize
for the amount of pictures because i just couldn't make up my mind.
i always use water base with linear holos, so i can't comment on how it works with regulare base coat.
natural light:
i used base (nfu oh water base) + two layers of polish + top coat (essence btgnts).
